1. Secure Booking
A deposit of 10% to 20% of the total tour price is required to secure your reservation slots, driver allocation, and tour vehicles. Slots are held once the deposit is verified.

2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance (80% - 90%) can be paid online via credit card link/bank transfer before the tour, or on the day of departure in cash or credit card (+3% card fee).
3. Currencies
Tours are officially priced in USD. If you pay in local Vietnamese Dong (VND), the exchange rate will be calculated based on the official Vietcombank rate on the day of payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Payment links are secure and transaction codes are encrypted. A standard bank transaction fee of 3% applies for credit card payments.
Bank Transfer & Wise
You can make a direct bank transfer to our domestic Vietnamese bank account (in VND). For international transfers, we accept SWIFT bank transfers or Wise payments. Please note that all transfer fees must be covered by the sender.
Cash Payments
On the day of your tour departure, you can settle the remaining balance in cash. We accept Vietnamese Dong (VND), US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), or British Pounds (GBP). Exchange rates are adjusted to daily bank rates.
Secure Transactions & Compliance
Your security is paramount. All online card transactions are processed through an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (OnePay/VTCPay). Eco Trip Asia does not access, store, or record any of your card details or financial information.
